About Me

I am a registered psychologist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and Bachelors in Counselling Psychology.

I have over 15 years of experience in working psychotherapeutically with adolescents and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, in private practice, community sector as well as in hospital setting.

I have advanced knowledge of trauma informed recovery models and experience in the delivery of evidence informed practice in trauma recovery. In my time in the community sector, I have worked in the role of Practice Lead, providing individual and group supervision, professional learning and specialist consultation to counsellors in trauma informed practice and to external service systems supported the needs of victims of persecution.

I have also been involved with teaching psychology and psychoanalytic research at Universities in India, Finland and the UK.

I am a spiritual seeker and regularly mediate and attend spiritual workshops and incorporate learnings from my spiritual journey into my work.
